Winter Session - McNair Upper Elementary School

During the eight-week program conducted at McNair Elementary School, twenty students received comprehensive instruction in both Engineering and Computer Science. In the domain of Engineering, the curriculum covered TinkerCAD along with fundamental principles of 3D Printing. In contrast, the Computer Science section introduced students to the basics of Python programming. Finally, the students applied the acquired skills to develop their own final projects, integrating knowledge from both disciplines.

Spring Session - McNair Upper Elementary School

Currently, we are administering a comprehensive program that combines Engineering and Computer Science with a focus on Robotics. This initiative encompasses foundational theories and practical aspects of robotics. On the Computer Science front, kids are instructed in the fundamentals of Python programming, enabling them to code and operate functional robots.

July Session - Online Classes

This online class series offers an engaging and educational experience focusing on engineering and computer science topics. Hosted entirely online, participants can easily sign up through the provided link to join a community of dedicated high school tutors specializing in STEM subjects. The program is designed to spark a love for learning and provide exceptional educational resources and mentorship. Course topics include Java in computer science and TinkerCAD in engineering, equipping students with valuable skills and knowledge.
August Session
This upcoming STEMwise Education session will be held in (Location Unknown) and focus on a variety of engineering and computer science topics. The program is designed to foster a passion for STEM among students through engaging and accessible learning. The curriculum includes C++ programming, Autodesk CAD, and basic engineering concepts, providing valuable skills and knowledge through direct mentorship and educational resources.

Eagle Ridge Fall 2024
